They have gone downhill, no pride in their work. If orders placed on the app they never update to say food is ready, I have showed ip after an hour and it still took another 1/2 hour to get the food. More recently the bucket of chicken we ordered the chicken breading was soggy and missing on 1/2 of the chicken pieces.
No Mashed Potatoes ??? Then take the pictures off the menu then !!! No meals with 2 pieces of chicken mashed potatoes and coleslaw!!! Total failure KFC !!!
This is the first time in years I have enjoyed KFC. It was delicious and the fries were actually Hot!!

KFC has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported issues with the quality of the chicken and the side dishes, such as watery gravy and a change in the coleslaw. There have also been complaints about long wait times for orders and issues with the accuracy of orders. The app has also caused frustration for some customers. Some reviewers have suggested that other restaurants, like Church's and Popeyes, provide better service and food. Recent feedback highlights that the facilities are in very bad shape, with broken bathrooms—one inaccessible and the other with a door that could be opened by anyone—which points to poor management. A standout recent experience involved trying the new KD sandwich and wrap, which received high praise for the large, perfectly cooked chicken pieces and tasty onion rings. However, some customers expressed disappointment with the lettuce in their plant-based chicken sandwiches, noting it was brown and gross, which was upsetting given the vegetarian options available.
