The Pembroke Big Stop Restaurant is a favored spot for travelers and locals alike. This restaurant serves generous portions of delicious food, including omelettes, fish and chips, chicken wraps, and a highly recommended coconut pie. The atmosphere is bright and clean, typical of a truck stop diner. The staff is wonderful, nearly always smiling, and provides excellent service to customers, even during busy times. The menu offers a nice variety of options, all fresh and well presented. Open 24/7, it is a convenient choice for those on the go. Customers appreciate the amazing people working there and the really good food, including in-house baked goods that locals enjoy. While there have been some issues with the coffee machines and occasional service delays, the overall experience at the Pembroke Big Stop Restaurant is highly recommended by both locals and travelers. It is a full truck stop with ample parking and clean restrooms, making it a reliable stop for gas, food, and a bathroom break.
