Next time we decided to take out. Staff at take out counter acted like we were bothering her. Food however, was worth the abrupt attitude we received. We'll be back but only because we love the food. “I am a local cottager who comes up all year round. This bakery is by far one of the best I’ve bought from. Fresh sourdough breads and baguettes, buttery brioche bread and the best almond croissants I have ever had. Sweet and savoury pastries as well and fresh coffee to go. This is my weekly go to. “Our friend celebrated a milestone birthday this evening at The Arch. We are so pleased that she enjoyed her first visit to this long established restaurant. Diego , our server for the evening was very friendly , attentive and obviously enjoys conversing with customers . The food was deliciously fresh and beautifully presented. The Arch has always been the restaurant of choice for “ special occasions “ for decades and will continue . Thank you for a lovely meal and great conversation .”
