I ordered a regular burrito, RICE WAS UNDERCOOKED, when I would bite into it the rice was hard (gross), overall very terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Worst 15 dollars I’ve ever spent on food. Burrito was just full of sauce and rice, probably cost around 2-3 bucks in total. I’ve paid extra for chicken, there was one very very tiny piece in it. Staff rude and unprofessional, never again buy here, I think the rating is from their employees and their families, not worth one star

Great experience with employees. Nice and friendly. I get the loaded fries, eat the entire thing and the last bite is not just fries it still has meat and cheese and everything else. And don't forget the fruit punch pop perfect paring. And the burrito is good.

This place is terrible they don’t know how to take care of there customers and this is also the first restaurant I’ve been to that has hidden fees. I would not recommend going here at all I honestly didn’t have one good thing come out of going to burrito brothers and I will not be going again
