Been to Phil's for dinners and loved it. This time was breakfast and it was OK. Got the combo breakfast with bacon, ham & sausage. The ham was served cold and the bacon was not crispy. Maybe just a bad day. The rest was great as was the service.
This place is exactly what you want out of a small town diner! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and great food! Don't expect anything fancy, but that is the charm of places like this! Thanks so much for the great breakfast and special surprise birthday cake!
The best part about Phil‘s was the wonderful waitress who served us, as for the food, not the best… The hash brown potatoes were a little off putting, the eggs were fine, but small yolks.
