Got the table we had reserved (Saturday I would definitely reserve), right at the window. Service was every time excellent. The food, from Appetizers to Dessert is everytime spectacular, made with a chefs love, you can see and taste it. This whole place is spanking clean, they change the tablecloth after every visitors group, clean or not so clean. Real candle on each table. This restaurant is loaded with memories of the arrival of the owner as a child of Greek immigrants on Pier 21 in the 50's🤔 But, as I say, you come for the food. And the food is outstanding. We had a reservation for a party of 11. Our server was friendly but the organization and service was the worst I've ever experienced. 1.5 hours waiting for half of the tables main dishes to arrive. Up to 30 minutes for drink orders to arrive. By the time the owner/manager realized that half of the table was done eating she said that she would get our meals out right away. The rest of the meals arrived and every meal was missing their salads. At the end of the meal we voiced out dissatisfaction with the owner/manager and she said she would take 15% off of our bills to make up for the salads that didnt show up. She did so with not so much as an apology. She did say that much of her staff was new and that they need to do better. Sorry but this is not any way to please your customers, by deflecting the blame onto junior staff. I wish I could give them a better review, as the food is generally pretty good; however, some things can't be overlooked. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Cute atmosphere, terrible service. After waiting an hour our order was incorrect. Lots of service issues during the meal. Manager was nice but I feel sorry for her having to deal with a server making that many mistakes and then trying to blame her at the table when she wasn’t there. As a career bartender for the last 20 years it was disappointing to see the staff disrespect their manager to guests especially when they were the one making all the mistakes.

My wife and I dined there this evening, and it was such a great experience! We were made to feel very welcome right off the hop. The food was fantastic, the service was top notch. We will definitely return, and I will recommend Pier 21 to any friends looking for a wonderful place to eat.

Last night we had dinner at Pier 21 for the first and last time. My husband had the meat Moussaka and I had the Pickerel. The meals came with salads. We had one Caesar and one Greek salad. Both were excellent. The meal went downhill from there.The Moussaka was the WORST I have ever seen. It was an unrecognizable plate of slop with béchamel sauce poured on top. Very embarrassing for a Greek restaurant. The pickerel was bland and tasteless. The greek yogurt cheesecake was fine but nothing special. A very lack lustre disappointing meal. Truly miss Olympia the old Greek Restaurant in Penetang. Pier 21 does not come close.

Service, food, and decor is absolutely amazing. We randomly stopped here during a trip to Tiny with a relatively large group of people (8) which is a great way to test a restaurant.
Their staff took great care of us throughout the entire evening and the food was incredible. Crab cakes were the show-stopper and made fresh.
We had a family dinner on a special occasion at Penetang's Pier 21 and were very happy with every aspect of our experience. Oue server Vanessa was amazing bringing some extras, helping our small kid in a moment of a small distress, and creating a special atmosphere. We loved the food and the ambience. We'll definitely be back!

It was our first time at Pier 21. Good food, cozy atmosphere and our hostess/waitress was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. Service was very efficient and our food was delivered in a timely manner. Complimentary bread and mozzarella sticks? Who could ask for more. We'll definitely be back again.
