This is my go-to for take out pizza on easy meal nights, or large parties. Staff are always friendly, and you can't beat the location! This past weekend we placed an order for 3 party pizza's for an impromptu family gathering; all arrived within the hour, pipping hot, and so delicious (seriously, the Greek pizza was next level, and will be my go -to flavour from now on). There wasn't a slice left, everyone went back for second and thirds.

Really poor customer service, delivered our food to wrong address and didn't call to let us know, called resturaunt hour and 10 mins after placing order to have them tell us they delivered our food elsewhere. We said that's fine, can you remake the food and send it to the correct address asap, which they did. Pizza arrived in 30mins, and was unfortunately undercooked and paper thin, and our wings were cold & soggy (clearly not freshly made)
We called to let them know how disappointed we were with the food asking for a refund, the person on the phone stated it was his first day and he didn't know how to, and that he would speak with the owner. I agreed as I felt this was fair for the inconvenience and poor quality of food.
I never received a call back, and decided to call in myself, owner was quite short and sounded frustrated with me on phone and said that I'd need to come into store if I want a refund. I went in to get said refund, owner asked what I ordered, I tried telling him and he placed $26.00 on the counter in front of me, I informed him that I paid $52.00 for my order, not 26 as I ordered wings as well as pizza. He was quite exasperated with my request and said "well I bet you ate it all anyway" I informed him that we did not eat the food as it was terrible and undercooked and he begrudgingly gave me 50.00 in change, arguing that "I don't do refunds on the machine" when I told him we paid debit.
Super frustrated with the lack of customer service and respect shown by the owner when their service was poor, I've eaten here before and had no issue, so I'm very disappointed with how this was handled.

Ordered pizza at 5:50pm It arrived 7:55pm, it was not cold, but needed to be microwaved Was supposed to be mushroom, green olives, and bacon on one side, and green pepper, pineapple and bacon on the other. The half with grren peppers was correct, the other half was just pepperoni and cheese.

I ordered a small pizza, cheese bread and black Forrest cake…I literally got a pizza the size of the palm of my hand and cheese bread was thinner than my fingernail and one slice of cake cost me $50 !!!! Not to mention they forgot my cake (sorry 1 slice of cake lmfao)..
I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I’m honestly in fkn shock!! This is robbery.. I will NEVER order from this place again. What a joke

I can’t believe this place has fallen off SO HARD since I moved here 6 years ago. The food used to be so good - the chefs used to be on top of orders to a T - the food used to be worth the price. This was my FAVOURITE place to eat, before this. I ordered an XL Handheld Super Donair, no sauce - the amount of actual food (meat and lettuce) they put in this wrap, can fit in my palm. This cost me $20. The food may be good sometimes, but every time I have ordered for the past 4 months? Not worth it.

First time ordering from Pizza Delight. We waited an hour for our food. Our pizza was given to the lady before us, thankfully she returned with it, however, it was cold by the time we left the store. We ordered 2 Panzerottis, both made with the wrong ingredients which we didn't know until we got home, the funnel fires we received were a very small portion, certainly not worth the price. Overall not a great experience, we won't be back.

Drove 2 hours .Had Donair Pizza. Over the top quality and taste. All super fresh toppings. Dawson was incredible. He made and served our pizza. He kept checking in on us to make sure our needs were met. Actual location hard to find within the mall as signage is limited. It is beside LCBO. Super clean. Memorable experience.
