The staff are always very friendly and the service is great. I only put three stars for atmosphere because it’s just a subway with some tables to eat at. It’s is nice and clean, too.

Usually, subways are pretty standard. I never expected above and beyond from any food chains as I understand that they have standard measurements, quantity, and quality for everything. The gentleman preparing my sub had almost 2 inches of bread without adding my selected protein. When I asked him to cover that portion, he took some pieces of chicken from the center and put them on the corner. I was standing in front of him and I was totally shocked. I am disappointed many times from subways as this is a new norm to take full money and not deliver what is deserved.

Typical subway better service than most others I’ve been to in other areas. There sub buns seem fresher then most other subways as well as the toppings. Am disappointed they took away yellow mustard but you can’t blame them it’s the franchise.

Super nice staff! Fast and efficient! **Edit** While I was STUNNED to have paid $18.97 for a "Chicken Rancher" sub, what really upset me--was that the lovely young lady making my sub ripped a piece of bacon in ½, to put on the other end of my sub. (The sub came with bacon.) When I laughed and said, "Um, can you please put another piece of bacon in that??" I was shocked to get to the cash register and find out I was charged for EXTRA bacon. When a sub comes with bacon, you don't rip 1 single piece of bacon in ½ to make it appear as though you've put "more" bacon on it. If these sandwiches continue to be this expensive, I won't be returning. I can go to Firehouse, pay the same price & eat a FAR superior sub sandwich. $18.95 for a sub a Subway, is insanity. Charging $2.00 for 1 piece of bacon, is absolutely terrible.
