The coffee is horrible doesn't taste like any other tim hortons sugar amd cream are always off. Sometimes they just give ypu darkroast when you didn't even order that probably because regular coffee wasn't ready amd there's no supervision to make things go smooth

Went in to get a bowl of water for my dog. The attendant would not give me one nor did he understand what I was asking. I have never been charged for a cup or bowl that is empty. I know it's ten cents but being understood is important.

Have been stopping here nightly before going to work. Coffee hasn't been up too par, and is too weak. Waterdown coffee before the night shift begins isnt a pleasant thing.

I get why everyone comes to Midland instead of here. I’m not sure if it’s the language barrier or just poor listening skills, but a most disappointing experience. Incorrectly taking orders and then wanting to charge more when the mistake was the employees is disappointing customer service indeed. Coffee is also burnt.

If you’re not used to Tim Horton’s, the screens above the counter scroll too fast! Huge pictures and tiny written info made ordering frustrating! Good value compared to a UK equivalent to be fair!
You should teach your workers how to be polite and respectful. When someone tells you have a good day, it's nice to say it back. Every single morning, young girl, black hair, in her 20's, has zero manners or respect she will stare at you like you're an idiot. I come through drive thru, and honestly I rather drive to midland now just to have a more pleasant expierence.

Why post pizza on your digital signage if it's not available. Tim's promotes this through ads and other marketing yet not all stores have the product. I have tried multiple times and the same thing. Contact corporate they should have multiple digital menus for their stores. Why force a store to advertise products they can not sell. This is a corporate issue not a store issue.
