Went in to get a tea, a thing of spinach egg bites, and a vanilla creamy chill. They were out of oat milk for the tea so could not get the tea, and gave us an ice cap instead of the creamy chill we paid for. Left with only the egg bites done correctly and staff that seemed disoriented and confused as to what was going on around them.

Left my purse in the lobby and they added me on Facebook so I could get it back! They went above and beyond to make sure it was returned :)
Customer Service non existent. Becca the cashier has a scowl on her face, rolling her eyes at customers and just a down right rude demeanour to customers and other staff. Training is obviously needed. It’s pretty clear she hates her job annd should maybe find another one Extremely unwelcoming experience in a welcoming community. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning to this location.

This location used to be my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. Recently, they have been messing up every order of mine. Asked for a london fog, got a black coffee. Asked for a london fog, got a french vanilla. Asked for a vanilla cold brew, got a vanilla iced coffee. Either the staff needs to be trained better or needs to just pay more attention to people’s orders. It’s disappointing constantly getting the wrong order.
