I consider this place as a hidden gem, it’s recommended for the good, service and atmosphere. Amazing for date nights, meals with friends or families. The team there were so warm and welcoming helped us navigate the menu and helped us with suggestions of things to do in the area, will definitely go back

My husband and I had a late lunch here and we were so impressed with the restaurant. Such a comfortable, clean, well laid out venue and the location is perfect, right on the River Tay. We shared the baked brie with roasted garlic and the fondue. We are wine & cheese lovers and this was perfect for us. If we didn't live 4 & a 1/2 hours away, we'd be back every month. James was our server and he was so friendly, helpful with the menu and attentive to our needs. Perth has the perfect gem in their downtown.

The charcuterie boards are nicely presented with good quality meats and cheeses, but I did feel the portions of bread/crackers were quite limited given the price point. A bit more would really help balance the experience without needing to order extra.
That said, the food is great and the service was very much appreciated. The staff were attentive and welcoming.

The views from the waterfront terrace were exeptionnal. Made our visit to Perth extra special.

I wet with my daughters for a special celebration. We loved everything about this little spot! Great selection of cheeses, meats & wines, and a few daily specials. We enjoyed dinner from a selection of smaller items. We'd definitely go back!

This is an update a bit in the making, unfortunatly have been busy. Long story short my wife and I had a bad experience at the 1827 Wine and Cheese Lounge, after making it aware that this happened via google review, Meredith and her team reached out to us and offered us a night out at the restaurant which we declined, she then offered us a token of her apology and made things right with a free chacuterie board. I hope the experience was a one of occurrence but in the end it was made right as we enjoyed the offerings with some board games and smiles.
Thank you to Meredith and her team for being understanding, and as well as determined to make things right in the end.

Visited for the first time last night with my partner. We enjoyed a wonderful Valentines Day special and absolutely loved it. Our service was top notch thank you to Patti I believe. For a very busy evening I’d say everything ran extremely smooth. Unfortunately the couple seated across from us made it a habit of complaining about absolutely every aspect of their night. The service was slow, others got their food before them, the food wasn’t enjoyable blah blah blah. I saw the servers and I believe the owner or manager handle their complaints with such grace and calm. Nonetheless, disregard those guests! Everything was fantastic and we cannot wait to be back! Thank you for a great evening :)
