The person taking the order was very nice, polite and attentive. He brought our food to us so we didn't have to wait for the remaining items. Food was good . Something was missing on one of the burgers, he quickly fixed it and brought another one .

A&W is one of of our family's favourite fast food outlets. Last evening we experienced disappointing and unusual service at the Perth outlet . There was no one waiting inside(Approx.645 pm) and I went in to order. I ordered two sides of putine , one of fries , two Mozza Burgers and one Chubby Chicken Burger. I was advised they had run out of gravy to make the putine. Not a problem. I changed my order to two sides of fries. While I stood at the counter I watched an employee take some fries which had been sitting in a warmer and place them in two containers. They in turn sat there on the counter awaiting the preparation of the burgers by a second employee. A third employee dumped the reminder of an almost empty bag or onion rings into a heating basket shaking it rather vigorously, which I assumed was an endeavour to release some stuck in the bottom of the bag. My residence is a ten minute drive at that time of night. Our burgers were all warm and well enjoyed. The fries ,however, were cold and soggy. The onion rings were another story , not fully cooked, in peices for the most part, soggy not crispy and lacking batter on some. From past experinces with various A&W outlets we will remain customers in our travels, being somewhat hesitant, however, in returning to the Perth outlet....Bob

This restaurant was a great spot before,, but my last two visits have been terrible. The pop is flat, food takes forever for eat in customers while cars are being served first at the drive through. Our food was cold and the place is dirty. I will not be back.

Had a wonderful experience stopping at the Perth A&W this morning! The food was great, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from the female waitstaff. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. You can really tell she cares about her guests (knowing some regulars by name and even going so far as to ask how their family members are doing) — Such a breath of fresh air to have in the fast food environment, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Floors needed to be swept. Tables and front counter needed to be wiped. A big puddle of liquid on the front counter when we arrived. I mentioned it should be cleaned up. It was still there when we left. When we arrived, we were the only customers there, so they we not so busy that they couldn't have cleaned up. I won't be back.

Just stopped in here on our way back to New Brunswick from Toronto. They closed in 10 minutes. Eep greeted us and took he was closing in 10 minutes but said we could sit down anyway. The food was excellent and Eep was great. He let us stay past close and let us out when we were done. Was nice to not to have to eat in the truck and have a sit down meal.
Food was cold. No carbonation for srinks. The place was filthy. The AC was on and it was cold inside. I used a bag onthe table as no table was clean.

We go through drive thru and say we have a coupon, staff says ok. As soon as it’s time to pay, sane staff says they don’t honour coupons and they don’t use an app.
Ok, so we pay full value. Our order is missing an item. I suggest going elsewhere , worst A&W in the Ottawa region.
