Lovely little coffee shop in perth with quaint decor and delightful drinks and cafe faire. It overlooks the river and it's probably the best spot for coffee in the town. Enjoy!

Prices are certainly not as listed on their webpage. I ordered a goat cheese and feta quiche which was about 2.5” in diameter. It was served alone on a plate. Somewhat warmed up in a microwave which gave it that funky spongy texture for a hefty price. Very disappointing.

If you thought Perth couldn’t get any cuter, you need to stop at Coutts Coffee Roastery & Café. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable—walking in feels like stepping into a cozy little coffee shop straight out of a Hallmark movie. The coffee is excellent; their lattes and flat whites are perfectly made and full of flavor. We also tried a mini pumpkin pie tart, and it was honestly better than any homemade pumpkin pie I’ve had—sweet, spiced just right, and absolutely delicious. Service was quick and genuinely friendly, and the whole space was spotless and welcoming. This is the kind of place that makes you want to linger, and I can’t wait to go back!

Ordered the quiche to go, maybe one of the saddest orders I've had in awhile. For the price point, a tiny quiche put into a soup container. Additionally, the shop was filled with house flies, will not be going back.

Very slow service. For some reason we could not get frozen cappuccinos when the machine was half full. We asked for no mayo in our sandwich and yet were given one with mayo after waiting 40 mins for 2 sandwiches. Mango pineapple smoothie was not good...
