The scones are delicious! The tea is delicious too! The store staff is friendly and there is a river next to it. If the weather is nice, it should be very comfortable to sit outside.

As a first-time visitor to Perth, it was a treat to come across this local coffee establishment.The staff were excellent - professional and very personable. Prices for sizes were reasonable - considering inflation. I indulged in a Moccacino which was excellent! My wife tasted the wild berry latte which she was very impressed with.If you’re visiting the small town of Perth, this location is a must to drop in at.

My friend and I went for a walk and decided to stop by at Coutts to have some hot bevvies.We ordered hot chocolates and sat on their patio - with a great view and cozy atmosphere. It's a perfect place to hangout and chill with friends/family.Their staffs are accommodating.

Went in today first time since place has undergone a slight reno. Very comfortable atmoshere always loved spending time there. Came for a late breakfast not realizing the change in menu and times. Lady barista on till today very unfriendly as we asked questions with regards to the change in their menu. If this was our first time there we would not go back, but thankfully we always have in the past had very friendly staff.Normally I do not post but very frustrating when one person can make such a difference for all others working and for the owners. Customer service not at its best. Proceeded to another coffee house in Perth for "brunch"

We stopped in Perth on our way to Peterborough at a highway chain and it took 20 minutes to make an iced coffee! When we stopped at Coutts on our way back from Peterborough on Sept 6 we had the best coffee of our trip across Canada (including Ottawa, St John's, Vancouver, Calgary) served by a very enthusiastic young man! Of note, we are from the self proclaimed coffee snob capital of the world - Melbourne Australia and we don't "gush" easily! The setting in the heart of Perth is charming and well worth the detour!

We travel through Perth 5-6 times a year and somehow have missed hitting up this coffee shop until yesterday.We tried a couple of their seasonal coffees, the Salted Caramel Mocha and the Maple Pecan latte both were excellent with the Maple Pecan being one of the best seasonal coffees I’ve personally tried.Baked goods looked good, May have to indulge next time.Oddly we seemed to get a team member having an off day. All the staff around us seemed to be having a blast talking coffee and hockey, while the person serving us seemed to want to get it over with lol. Sometimes you catch someone at a bad moment.
