Went in today to pick up a birthday cake and was blown away by how genuinely kind the staff were — honestly above and beyond what you’d expect at a fast food place. Everyone was so welcoming , and they even gave out free ice cream! Thank you!
not one bit of fudge in entire box of $25 buster bars. Never again.
Always good. Was great service and welcoming staff
Incredible staff, I came in day before my daughter birthday for a cake order. They knocked it out of the park the cake was beautiful and delicious and there was not one peice left. I will definitely be order more for birthday to come. Thanks so much for make our little girl birthday special
The taste of cream is amazing
The service is so fast and good
Thank you so much
Our family always has the best experience at this Dairy Queen, we truly feel like we are being welcomed by friends every time we stop for a treat. The owner VG is always smiling and takes the time to remember his regular customers names, and his staff like DK and NR Shah definitely work hard to provide great service to everyone who walks (or rolls up). Thanks for being a great part of our community
Highly recommend their blizzards! The servings are very generous.
I was there for the first time yesterday and location was topsail rd, St.Johns, NL and where do I start. Service was not friendly, lights were off in kitchen, food was not what I expected and let’s not talk about the cleanliness because there was none. Floors, chairs, tables, gross. Garbage overfilling, and the bathroom was disgusting. Not a great first time experience. Definitely not going back.
Love the Blizzard
what a scam. came in with my toddler for free cone day and they said unless you already had the app a day ago there would be no free cone, and management denied making it right. so many people in the line were told the same thing just while I was there... so you had an entire day that you lured people in with their kids for free cones and then were forced to pay..? seems like a cash grab, wonder how much Dairy Queen made on that one. terrible customer service.

Well, not a free ice-cream cone day at this Grassland Regina location. Their app crashed and even though we showed them the problem, they won't just give away what was promised. False advertising!!! It wasn't just us, it happened to multiple families. Disappointed kids were leaving the store one after another. All of them heading to McDonald's. If this was a McDonald's promo, I bet they'll hold up to what they promise. Specially when its their app that crashed.
have your app work for a promotion! you need an app for "free cone day" but when there is clearly a severe side issue so you can't get it. I waited in line thinking they would honor it if I showed them that app is down. nope, no free ice cream cone.
This location is disgusting in appearance and has no functional washroom for its customers.

One of the few "old school" looking Dairy Queen's remaining in Ontario, very good service.
