Went to Dairy Queen on Simcoe Street in Oshawa purchase to peanut buster parfait no it's been a while it looks like different owners different people I'm not too sure but when the guy finished with it it looked like a regular Sunday you guys have gotten pathetic and what you charge I can easily go to an ice cream store and receive twice the value of a type of ice cream than what you are charging
compare these pictures to the ones that you advertise tell me I didn't get ripped off no more purchasing from you guys

I would never recommend DQ for cakes. Despite keeping it in the fridge as soon as I bought it home (DQ is just 3 km from my house) in winter and snow, it melted when I took it out to cut at midnight of Christmas.
So, this time, no cake cutting at midnight for Christmas for the first time in my life.

When we first moved to Perth (2021), we were not impressed. Since then, there has been a full staff overhaul, and this is our favourite DQ. The group there are always friendly, and the service is terrific. Three cheers for Veegee and friends!

after ordering a medium blizzard and being handed a cup that was 3/4 full(a medium)... I complained. . they added some icecream and no joke it barely filled the glass. you guys used to be good.. nice to see you are doing everything you can to rip off your customers.

Was there July 28 and service was fantastic. Had a last minute cake order with an edible picture on it and although it normally requires a couple days notice they had it done for me immediately and even gave me a complementary little Sunday. They’re awesome!!

Drove from Ottawa out here this evening. Wanted a Misty Slush and my accomplice, a strawberry milkshake. Staff was pleasant enough. BUT..... My accomplice had those weird little gloopy pale yellow lumps in his shake. Maybe close to a dozen of them in total. The same gloopy unexplainable surprise weird little things that are found in his vanilla milkshake from the Richmond Rd location.

My Misty Slush at this location was exactly like a Slush Puppy - no difference at all (except for the cup and the price). I was so disappointed.
Some people might think a Slush Puppy and Misty Slush are on par. Well, not at all - if the Misty Slush is done right.
Went in today to pick up a birthday cake and was blown away by how genuinely kind the staff were — honestly above and beyond what you’d expect at a fast food place. Everyone was so welcoming , and they even gave out free ice cream! Thank you!

Absolute fake advertising!!! Locally have billboards, local radio and tv ads but when you go there they say the offer isn’t available at that prize! Scam artists!!! Will never support again.

Incredible staff, I came in day before my daughter birthday for a cake order. They knocked it out of the park the cake was beautiful and delicious and there was not one peice left. I will definitely be order more for birthday to come. Thanks so much for make our little girl birthday special
