Looking for a spot for lunch and we lucked into this restaurant. Service, food and wine were excellent. Able to purchase some delicious wine that isn’t available in the LCBO. Definitely be returning on our next outing to Perth.

Phenomenal!! Best egg salad sandwich we have ever had. BLT was delicious. All sandwiches come with soup or salad and you can upgrade to a beet and pear salad-I would strongly recommend that you upgrade. Beet and pear salad was 10/10.

This is a cute little spot that had creative and tasty vegan and vegetarian options! I was pretty pleased with my soup and chickpea omelette sandwich, although the omelette could have used a little more seasoning.
NOTE: I think there was cilantro on my sandwich, even though it wasn’t listed in the menu. Cilantro tastes soapy to me, and if it does to you, too, you may wish to preemptively ask to exclude cilantro regardless of what the menu says.

Stopped at this delightful cafe on our day trip to Perth. Food was amazing and we ended up buying a bottle of wine retail that the waiter had recommended. (Which we tried a glass of first) I had a fantastic dill soup and the Candied BLT. The people were super friendly. Although they had a place for the 2 of us next time I’ll call for reservations. It’s a smallish spot but homey.

Feels spacious as you enter, with no direct sun. Excellent, friendly, attentive and super knowledgable service. And the food! We had the curried chicken sandwich with the beet and pear salad and I would definitely have it again, except I want to try the other possibilities.

In terms of service probably the best experience I've had in a long time - really was exemplary. The food was of a similarly high quality and I feel that the owners must have a real passion for what they're doing for it to be so good. I loved the look and feel of the place as well and it's very conveniently located in the centre of Perth.
Vegetarian options: Has a good few options for vegetarians etc
Kid-friendliness: Probably more of an adult place though I'm sure they'd be very welcoming to kids as well.

We had luck here today after picking our daughter up at sleepaway camp. Food was amazing, so fresh and delicious. Both our kids really enjoyed their meals and the added bread was really appreciated for the camper who was starving from a busy week! We will definitely be back!

I want today for the first time in Gather and was really happy. The music was great , paintings on the wall delightful to look at and the beet and apple soup with thyme was so good , plus homemade bread and butter. The owner was so polite and helpful. We tried some delicious cookies but I forgot the name.if you come to Perth stop by Gather and enjoy their delicious food.

We walked by this place while wandering Perth and decided to have lunch. It's fairly small but don't let that deter you. The food and service are fantastic. I mean REALLY good. We were seated by the window and had lots of room. I had the daily feature which was a pork chop sandwich. The meat fell off the bone. Incredible. The bread was to die for as well. The salad was fresh and the dressing so good I asked if they sold it so I could take it home. The soup was out of this world. Don't think we've ever had such great soup in a restaurant. The fresh iced tea is also worth it. So tasty. After such a positive experience we had to have dessert so we both ordered a different dish. I ordered a cookie drizzled with something gooey and my husband a dish with chocolate. Again, super tasty. I think their chef is a pro who honed his skills at some of the best restaurants and it shows. I believe they also use local ingredients. We would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to return. Check their hours though. They were only open until 4pm when we visited in July.
