So thankful to finally have found bread that is authentic sourdough, made with whole food ingredients and no additives that is gluten free! I have been looking for bread like this for a long time, and have never been pleased until now. Thank you Little Stream Bakery!!!

We were super happy when Little Stream opened up again on Aug 17th after their break ... it's pretty much the only 'real' bakery in the region we know of making serious and organic sourdough and other breads made with multiple, wholesome grains. And happy that they will be able to do more deliveries ... keeping our fingers crossed that cookies and their other non-bread baked goodies will come back sometime. It's definitely worth the while to go a little out of your way to pick up their amazing bread!

I am obsessed with good bread. I tire of the factory monoculture white trashy bread at the grocery store. Some of the best sourdough in the region is to be had from Little Stream Bakery. I bought one of each of their loaves to try. Three days later, I returned whilst driving to Toronto and bought another ten loaves to give to my family. Boy was I popular - you can't get good bread in Toronto it seems.Check out their website for local distributors.Even better, go to your local farmers market and look for the vendors that are making REAL bread with sourdough cultures. It's just...the way to eat bread.

I was searching everywhere for a place to buy local gluten free sourdough bread and I was so excited to find Little Stream. There were sooo many awesome reviews. So I bought $80 worth of bread. And I have tried a lot of gluten free and sourdough bread. This bread tasted awful. It tasted like cardboard and I politely emailed after I received my order asking if I could please ship the unopened bread back for a refund. I sent my email two weeks ago and I sent a follow up email a week ago. And NO response. This is not a bakery I will be supporting again and the fact that no one has replied to my email requesting a refund when on their website it says to contact them within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Is not acceptable. Very disappointed in the product and service.

There is no higher quality bread available in all of Ontario. God bless this bakery. RE: My favorite bread is the Millet Flax :)

Love the protein sourdough. High quality ingredients make a very nutritious bread.
