Ordered a happy meal for a 3 year old, they forgot to put the toy in the box, I was sitting in the restaurant, came back to tell them and they wanted to charge me for the toy. The cashier asked her supervisor and supervisor insisted on charging me for the toy I already paid for and they forgot. Unbelievable. Dirty washroom did not help our experience.

The manager phones! This guy handles things, polite and means well. I compliment one other staff member. I believe in the end drive thru staff should always ask their manager to move forward. Thanks GM , and may this staff member know better customer service moving forward.
