Foods great if you can get the cook to read what you order , Twice now ive orderd a meal for my wife and myself a shwarma plate and a donair plate ...the girl on the phone understands the order punches it in and it shows up on bill ..then whoever cooks the food does whatever they want and sends out the complete wrong order ..thats over 100$ of food now and we get to watch each other eat or eat a cold meal together because one of our meals is being remade and delivered ( it says right order on the bill and what's in the bag is not even what's on the bill stapled to the bag )

It was very obvious that the pizza we bought today was not fresh and was probably the one sitting under the heat lamp all day. Disgusting. I’d say be better Milanos but it doesn’t matter cuz I’ll never be back.

Disappointing Experience
My husband and I ordered from Perth Milano’s tonight and, unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I had ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, but when I got to the car, I realized it only had pepperoni. I went back in to check if there had been a mix-up, and the response I received was disappointing. The staff member behind the counter rolled her eyes and told me I had confirmed pepperoni what seemed to be a simple miscommunication was handled in a way that made me feel like I was at fault.
She offered to add bacon to the pizza, but unfortunately, it was undercooked. We also ordered a salad, which we had to throw out because the bacon on it was raw and mostly chunks of fat.
We were really looking forward to takeout but the poor service and quality of food made for a very unpleasant experience.

The store is cleaned. All the dishes were so good, come with good quantity also and the price are reasonable. Me and my family definitely love it

I have been a regular customer at Milanos in Perth since they opened. I always order the Beef Donair and it was quite good up until about a year or so ago. The quality of the donair meat and the assembly of of the sandwich since then has been very disappointing. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but the taste is poor and nothing like it was when they first opened. Sad to say but I will not be returning. Maybe a return to the original quality would I spire me to return. Paul
