Very poor customer service! It's a shame that a beautiful Sunday morning family brunch was ruined by poor customer service. My wife sent back the 'home made' daily soup as it was tasteless. The owner insisted that on a $75 bill a $2.25 discount (not a typo) on a $10 bowl of soup that we never ate was an acceptable resolution. A restaurant should stand behind the quality and satisfaction of the food they sell. Clearly a lack of integrity.
