Ordered through urber eats and they deleted my order because they couldn’t see the address- which was clearly listed as a hotel with delivery instructions that is provided by the app for your to fill out. I called and the man told me I could order on the phone to be delivered to the same address. The guy was a jerk. Now I have to wait for the charges to be resolved.

I sent an online order 2 hours in advance and it never arrived. I tried calling the local store and they didn't answer so I called the general Pizza Hut line and they just redirected my call to the local store. My husband drove to the local store and they started the order when he showed up (now 4 hours after my initial order). If you're in Perth, just order Jersey Joe's (local) or Dominoes if you're looking for a chain.

I would’ve given this place 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. We ordered at 3:00pm online to be delivered by 5:15pm, and at 5:30pm we still had nothing. We called several times with no response, as well as the general Pizza Hut line who did not listen to what we had to say and repeatedly sent us to the Pizza Hut line from Perth who did not respond once. It is now 6:00pm and still nothing. We ended up having to drive there and they are now just starting. We are very hungry and angry. I’d rather have diarrhea.

I ordered a pizza for 5:15. A simple dream. A humble request. And yet… the pizza never came. Not late, not cold, not wrong. Just never came at all. It vanished into the void.
I kept checking the door like a golden retriever waiting for its owner. Nothing. At this point, I’m not even mad, I’m impressed. It takes real talent to achieve a delivery ETA of never.
Would have loved to rate the pizza, but unfortunately, I cannot review something that exists only in theory. Maybe it was amazing. Maybe it was life-changing. Maybe it ascended directly to heaven. Who’s to say?
Until then, I’ll be over here eating crackers and contemplating my life choices.

Had to drive to the location to pick up the order, which they hadn't yet started as of 6pm. They offered a $5 delivery charge refund on a $70 order. Will not be ordering pizza hut again.

Pizza was good. Staff were friendly. My personal pan pizza took quite awhile to prepare. The place is not particularly clean from what I could see. Only the takeout is open so no washrooms..
