I always enjoy coming back to Rocky River when in town. I love the entire menu but cannot recommend Keith’s bitterballen enough. Cheers to the staff that really bring the entire dining experience together.

Poor service- the waitress seemed to have a chip on her shoulder…

I went here with my mom and brother today and the waitress was remarkably unprofessional in tone, unaccommodating, and quite abrasive. We were sat at the bar which was fine (under the agreement that we would get a table once one opened up), but once a table opened up and we were confirmed to get the table (rather reluctantly, as indicated by the waitress), it was promptly given to some other guests immediately after we got up to move. We promptly left. Poor service :(

We went on the once upon a Christmas Day so the place was busy, there were only 2 servers but they kept up ok. Perogies and deconstructed jalapeño poppers were a special and were our fav! French onion soup was pretty flavourless, gravy was super salty and lots of sprigs of thyme we had to pick out, the mussels were not burped properly so we’re super gritty, I did mention it to the waitress in hopes she would let the chef know some constructive criticism. Fish and chips were delicious, as well as the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Would try and go back again as they were minor issues and the place was busy!

A very pleasant place to stop in for a bite with very friendly staff and a pretty spot on tasty burger. Very efficient service, we had someone at our table a couple of minutes after arriving giving us details of the specials and taking our drink order. Our meals arrived in a reasonable time and were very good, the fries were maybe a bit overcooked but still tasty. Can easily recommend for your next visit to Perth.

We went there based on reviews. Friendly staff and nice place, but I would give zero to the food. The burger was tasteless, dry, and thin. It seems that instead of croutons, they're using leftover sandwiches buns on Caesar salad. I could see someone's bite on it. Ugly presentation as well, overall the worst burger and salad I've ever had.
