Stopped on the way through town for coffee. Daughter had a frap that was good, our coffee (drip) was barely warm. Must have been sitting for HOURS. Girl at the store was super cranky too.

Ordered through mobile app 10 mins in advance of arrival and still had 5-7 min wait. Staff is always friendly. Products are great. Just wish wait time wasn't as long. To be fair I did go at a peak high volume time. I'm just impatient

I can't believe it's taking more than 35 minutes 2 get 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches, 4 employees only serving drive through, in store and take out orders ! Definately priority is given to drive through! Hire more staff on Saturday morning this is a total disrespect to people time !

Drinks are usually fine, but this has to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and it's not even close to the busiest Starbucks that I go to frequently. It takes me on average 15-20 minutes to get my drinks and this is when I order ahead on the app when I'm 5 minutes away from the store.

Registered customer for 5 years. Was medically unavailable on my birthday to redeem my reward. Came in after birthday and the manager didn't care why I wasn't in. Just a short, rude "nope, it's not your birthday today." This is not the first time this particular location has been short and rude to its clients.

I ordered a venti chai latte made with almond milk because i’m allergic to real milk. I noticed once i was almost finished my drink that it was made with real milk. I also noticed the real milk was curdled.

Dietary restrictions: Always willing to substitute ingredients and offer recommendations for other drinks, if this one naturally has caffine there's a similar one that dosent or they can make it decaf.Very helpful with ingredients aswell, I had no idea a drink that I normally get had caffine until someone informed me! I was offered a few different similar options to choose from that didn't naturally have caffine.
Parking: Staff are so kind at this Starbucks, no wonder they're so busy!
Kid-friendliness: So patient with kids, good place(if not busy) to have your kid practice ordering their own stuff.
