I had a lovely time at Starbucks! The combination of snow and music created more holiday spirit than ever! A worker named Jen was very kind and lighthearted as she served us. My drink was delicious and my croissant was fluffy and buttery! We will be back!

I stopped in today around 3:24 and the lady named Jen on cash is the rudest person I've ever met. I blantly watched her pour hot milk into my cold drink and when I asked her to remake it she proceeded to be super snippy and rude to me. She also was changing garbages and trying to brew coffee while 5 people were waiting for there drinks in the cafe. I saw her supervisor tell her to stop changing garbages and to prioritize customers as lots of us were waiting. She also gave her supervisor attitude and kept saying how she was busy doing other more important things. I could tell she was disrupting the flow as the girls from drive thru had to hustle while she kept doing pointless tasks. She also didn't wash her hands after taking the garbage. Took 20 minutes to get my drink which is insane.

Service at this location is an absolute joke. Don’t even bother going inside the store unless you want to be ignored and wait 30 min for 1 drip coffee and an ice coffee. They prioritize drive through so don’t even bother going inside

Ordered a gingerbread chai. I was told they were out of the default cold foam, they asked if they could substitute it for different foam. I said sure, then they charged me for whatever foam they used.

Went to perth starbucks on this date. Went inside..and there was my mistake. The lady at the cash was friendly and efficient however waited over 15 minutes for my chai latte. Seems that only the drive thru takes priority.

Supposed to be open till 8 pm and I went at 6:40 and it was closed. It would be nice if they stayed open until 8 which is posted closing time.

Came in and ordered the same drinks I always do. With cinnamon powder on top of it. Have got this countless times including at this location. Today. They didnt put the powder on it. I asked them to put it on. The girl was about to fix it and another one came over and wouldnt let her. Handed me the drinks back and said its over there put it on yourself. I said. I order this all the time and you guys put it on. She just kept repeating “its at the condiments you can put it on yourself” i said. So i have to make my own drink. So much for customer service. Then she just repeats its at the condiments you can put it on and then trued to make me look stupid showing me how to remove the lid. Guess which overpriced coffee shop will not get another penny of my money? Starbucks in perth is who. Terrible service. On top of that the washroom was gross since they apparently dont make your drink to order ir clean their toilets

As you can see in the photos, my visit to see my grandma was accompanied by Starbucks most days 🤣. I like the drive through setup at this location as well as the interior! They never failed to make one of my complicated orders and always did a good job! Also I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches for the first time this morning and it was pretty good!
