The manager was very combative when the.person with my wife used acoupon my wife give her and payed for her meal.When my wife went to use her coupon she was told that one sub was not signature and she has to pay full price.She should of been told whateatball to order when she gave her order and she could of changed it plus they said she should of said she had a coupon.I ordered same sub and showed my coupon at cash and had know problem.Thr owner should send his employees to a customer service course especially the manager he had working on Sunday

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this Subway location today, and I feel compelled to share just how awful it was. An older lady was in charge of making our subs, and from the moment we walked in, it was clear that she had no interest in providing even a basic level of service. The way she slapped together our sandwiches was not just careless but outright disrespectful.
The ingredients were poorly handled, with vegetables carelessly tossed on the bread as if it was a burden for her to do her job. The subs were barely wrapped, practically falling apart as soon as we picked them up.
What’s worse, it felt like there was an element of racism involved in the way she treated us. She seemed to serve other customers with more care and attention, while our experience was the complete opposite. This is not just a matter of poor service; it’s indicative of a deeper problem that has no place in any establishment.

I’m not trying to be rude, I love subway, I’ve worked at a subway for 3 years, but I just got my 7th sub in the last year that has a stray onion mixed with the lettuce. I understand it gets busy, food flies, but my bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato sub, should not have any onions in it. I hate to be the person who asks for fresh lettuce from the fridge, but from now on that’s how I will order.
