Extremely slow service over lunchtime on a Saturday, even with 5 front-house staffers. Mobile order took over very 15 minutes to prepare a Bagel BELT. There seemed to be a lot of organized confusion behind the counter.

Ordered lunch and was asked my name as would be called. After 15 mins and lots of people passing through I went up to counter and it was sitting on tray . Not impressed. Stop there passing through to Ottawa. Will not stop again.
