Absolute worst customer service you can get. Placing an order with Claudia and Mercy was like pulling teeth and still couldn't get the order properly. Train your staff better. Claudia couldn't even close a half dozen donut box or count 6 donuts for that matter. Ridiculous!
Update: My review is very concerning to you however, with all your negative reviews you reply with the same standard review. How about actually reading the negative reviews than work on ways to improve based off of what those reviews said. I don't care to waste any more of my time going to your website to which nothing will continue to be done.

Nice and clean. Ordered a London Fog. He took way longer than usual compared to other Tim's but I was ok with it. But he forgot the vanilla syrup. So I paid $4 for tea with frothed milk. The line up inside was 10 people by the time I was served but I find all the Tim's concentrate on the drive thru and not the people inside waiting. Please have designated servers for the front inside also.
