Extremely slow service over lunchtime on a Saturday, even with 5 front-house staffers. Mobile order took over very 15 minutes to prepare a Bagel BELT. There seemed to be a lot of organized confusion behind the counter.

Coffee and donut order as usual. Product was as expected. Employee made zero attempt to conceal her misery. I was polite saying "please" followed by a "thank you very much" and I got a frown and silence. Like okay cool. This is happening at tims all over...

Nice and clean. Ordered a London Fog. He took way longer than usual compared to other Tim's but I was ok with it. But he forgot the vanilla syrup. So I paid $4 for tea with frothed milk. The line up inside was 10 people by the time I was served but I find all the Tim's concentrate on the drive thru and not the people inside waiting. Please have designated servers for the front inside also.
