Very disappointed with the service I got from here last night. A lady who took my order at shop front, her name is Tammy as per the name plate, was extremely unfriendly and zero politeness (no please, no thankyou). She was constantly staring at me like I was gonna steal something from there. Moreover, I heard she was asking to one of the other employees that why they gave me a second coffee, because she already gave me one. Well! The reason is I payed for a second coffee since I needed one more. I felt so disrespected so I told her that I got a second coffee because I ordered one more, even the employee she was questioning said the same. Then she lied at my face that she wasn't asking about my coffee. This was a not a pleasant experience at all. I am not a person who complains all the time and put reviews. But she shouldn't be doing this to anyone else.

It is unfortunate that Drive Thru is the becall and end of Tim Hortons. More staff needs to be added for inside order. Or take staff from Drive thru that only lean and doesn't help the rest if the store. Motto: If you have time to lean you have time to clean

Last 30visits either no rice no chicken during lunch
/ dinner hours and a rather select menu find staff that can manage or shut down absolutely unacceptable,,, stop advertising for menu items your location never has in stock or r prepped. Until you hire a staff that can handle prepping and actuallly working

I don't usually give a rating but wth!! We went inside to have iced coffee but the place was freeeeeezing!!! It was so chilly to an extent it was very weird. I came close to check the temperature of the thermostat and it was 58 Fahrenheit!!! Is that normal for an indoor place. It was more like w warehouse refrigerator and surely not safe neither comfortable!
Worst Tim's I've ever been in.
Waited 20 minutes, then was told they couldn't make my order due to being out of an ingredient. Was given the excuse they were busy when I've been in Tim's that were twice as busy.

One of the workers there, Donna, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made the best iced capp I’ve ever had in my life.

Get ready to wait 25 mins, no joke, for this place to completely screw up your 1 item order. And if you want to get them to correct it, it'll be another 25 mins.
Order 1 coffee, or 50, it'll still take them 20 mins.

Response to Tim Hortons : I followed the link, filled out all the information, and your app will not submit the complaint. It simply will not go through.
Just send a Franchise Manager to this location and find out for yourselves. I'm done trying to enlighten your company into your own locations performance.
Ordered tea and were given cups that had overflowed and sticky. Instead of putting in new cup tried wiping. Totally gross froth all down sides.

Constantly disappointed by the performance of this Tim Hortons, unreliable for basic things like having enough eggs, hash browns, sausage, etc.
You might want to find a different Tim’s to give your business to.
