I made an order and was waiting to receive it but 15 minutes later turned out they gave it to another person. They apologized and made me my order right after. Staff were nice but it's a busy spot and mistakes happen. Inside was clean and bathroom was good too, just be patient if you come in and it's busy
It is unfortunate that Drive Thru is the becall and end of Tim Hortons. More staff needs to be added for inside order. Or take staff from Drive thru that only lean and doesn't help the rest if the store. Motto: If you have time to lean you have time to clean

Big shout out to the staff for the way they speak/deal with all the kids that routinely visit this location when school is in. Kids are treated respectfully and respond in kind. Fast, friendly service.
One day when I was in 2 young ladies arrived alone to celebrate their move to junior high. Quiet and reserved these two were treated like royalty by the staff and congratulations were shared. Its obvious kids are welcome and well treated at this location.
