Quick stop at Wendy's in Perth on my way back from Toronto on Hwy 7. Was starving. Went for the Dave's double patty. Was so yummy and to top it off a chocolate Smoothie treat a large one. Damn that was deli and lactose free. Friendly staff and the place was spotless. Great job

I can't even give it 0 stars. We waited for over 45 minutes inside for our food, which we asked for a refund. No one wants the wrong order either. Everyone who ordered after us got their orders and those were wrong too. Manager argued about the refund says well you got your food which we didn't take because it would have been cold or wrong. I also watched this manager with no glove open burgers and touch the food with bare hands. She gave me the excuse of being short staff which is not a customer's problem. She took for ever giving me our refund. Such a disappointment and not how you run a fast food place. You shouldn't be shutting down you dinningroom because you can't handle it. Wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone. My advise to Wendy's is find a new manager that know what they are doing, or this one will fail miserably.

Google states they are open to 10pm 7 days a week. Got there 9 45pm. Doors are locked yet employees inside see you and ignore the fact they still are open. That franchise cant be doing well. S

Omg. I love Wendy's but this was the worst ever. Cold fries, dried out buns. The Coke was good. May have just been left overs at the end of day.

Did the drive through at the Perth Ontario Wendy’s and man were they messed up. Looking through the drive through window was like watching a dysfunctional circus act that wasn’t supposed to be that way. Most aspects of the order were wrong, but we didn’t go back to complain because they sent us on our way without charging us for the order ! You get what you pay for I guess.

I work often i Otrawa and stop here on my way back every trip. Friendly staff, reasonable and better choices than McDonald's

Waited in the drive thru line for the better part of 20min this afternoon (I was 5 cars back from the window when I pulled in) before ordering. No reason given for line, no aplogies offered. The issue isn't even the line, but rather, I was given the wrong drink first off, bc the customer ahead of me drove off after waiting TOO long, then staff didn't bother to confirm my order was in the bag and gave me the car ahead's order (who left, as stated).
After 40min waiting I didn't even get what I ordered. Disappointed.

Aug. 07 noon. Ordered 2 Dave’s singles combo without cheese. Super fast service, seems that order was pre-made and not fresh off the grill. It came with double cheese, sloppily assembled and whom ever wrapped it was lazy and inept. The fries were dumped upside down in the bag. All this for 27$ yikes.

I’ve been here many times but this was first time I experienced dirty floors. My shoes were sticking to the floor. No napkins in the dispenser. The drink counter was filthy. Very disappointed.
Such a weird experience. When we first got there we noticed an employee get dropped off and it was clear she was running late so we opened the door for her (doing so we missed the sign that explained they didn’t have debit). Inside, the woman at the front cash scolded her with a snarky comment in front of everybody. I understand being late for work is not okay but it’s also not okay to scold your employees in front of everyone including customers. That’s a private matter and I feel bad for the young employee. Once we order we go to pay and they say that they don’t have debit at the moment. We didn’t have a problem with that and went to give them cash when some employee who wasn’t even taking our order says ‘don’t get mad at us because you didn’t read’. We weren’t mad and totally understand it’s not their fault. Clearly they’ve had some unkind customers (and I fully support giving it back to rude customers) but it’s not okay to rip the heads off of customers who weren’t even remotely mad about it. That employee needs to grow up and do better. I’m sorry she’s having a bad day and I hope it gets better but come on. Also hope the younger employee has a better day!
Great place to eat, not once have they ever gotten my meals mixed up or wrong. A lot of local hires which is good and sanitary.
Nice place for a quick lunch. Friendly, fast service.
