Used the Wendy’s app the ovens were down so baked potatoes were not available. The manager claimed they couldn’t do refunds so I had to take a substitution. I’ve been in here before the deep fryers have been down ovens down and I’ve also been in here when the debit machine is down you gotta ask yourself who’s running this business and is it going out of business? I would avoid this place.

Been here before and the service & food were exceptional - better than our Wendy’s at home. Last night at around 5pm, went in to use the bathroom & get some food on the way out. Stood at the cash & waited for someone to take our order. The cash person kept going back and forth from a plugged in card reader to the cash, not saying anything to the waiting customers. They then realized the person that was served prior to us, who had already received their food and was eating at a table, hadn’t had their transaction completed and were called back up to the register to complete the transaction. While all of this is happening, the rest of the cooking staff are watching and conversing with each other because there were no pending orders. After waiting 10 minutes and no one taking our order, we left. Very disappointed about the minimal communication.

Pizza hut literally made and had my pizza ready in the time that it took this location to get 5 cars through the drive thru.
Seriously, 16 minutes to get 5 cars through a drive thru.

I order a dave's single meal and i got it not even a minute later and the burger itself was really salty, the bun was stale, and the tomato and lettuce did not look edible
Quick stop at Wendy's in Perth on my way back from Toronto on Hwy 7. Was starving. Went for the Dave's double patty. Was so yummy and to top it off a chocolate Smoothie treat a large one. Damn that was deli and lactose free. Friendly staff and the place was spotless. Great job

I can't even give it 0 stars. We waited for over 45 minutes inside for our food, which we asked for a refund. No one wants the wrong order either. Everyone who ordered after us got their orders and those were wrong too. Manager argued about the refund says well you got your food which we didn't take because it would have been cold or wrong. I also watched this manager with no glove open burgers and touch the food with bare hands. She gave me the excuse of being short staff which is not a customer's problem. She took for ever giving me our refund. Such a disappointment and not how you run a fast food place. You shouldn't be shutting down you dinningroom because you can't handle it. Wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone. My advise to Wendy's is find a new manager that know what they are doing, or this one will fail miserably.

Google states they are open to 10pm 7 days a week. Got there 9 45pm. Doors are locked yet employees inside see you and ignore the fact they still are open. That franchise cant be doing well. S
