Definitely my favourite coffee place whether it be getting coffee before work or just as a pitstop. The staff are super but they hardly fill the cups even close to the top. I have been going to different Starbucks shops but at Petawawa when you order a Venti size cup it isnt even filled with Grande volume. Came through today at 9am and only realized after I ordered that I forgot my credit card. I apologized and offered to pull over to explain and I had every intention of running home and picking up my credit card. But the worker immediately smiled and said one moment. She spoke with the manager and let me have the drink for free.There's a reason I always come back to Starbucks and this is one of the many reasons. She didn't have to do that for, but she did and it made my day!

Ive never had a bad word to say about this location and still don't but it's really frustrating that both online orders and drive through are prioritized over walk in orders. I waited over 20 minutes for 1 brown sugar oat shaken espresso while watching 20 online orders made ahead of me. The staff was hustling and working really hard but there has obviously been a management directive to consider online orders more important.
