I am so over this place 🙄
I was already frustrated from going through drive thru, ordering a tea and a bagel with EXTRA cream cheese (heaven forbid, you have to ask for it or you won’t get barely a drop of it asking for regular cream cheese cause they are cheap), which all showed correctly on the screen.

I place a mobile order every morning Monday to Friday and my order is almost always ready. I love the smiley face I receive on my lid. It starts my day off great every morning. Thank you! 😊
