My husband and I hired Amanda, Chef Simon, and Sous Chef Lesaire last week to cater a private event. Amanda was most accommodating from the outset when we first met with her in May. She promised service and food that would make our event extra special. We had many requests due to anaphylaxis and non-foodies within the group.
