Had such a great experience at Boston Pizza tonight! From the moment we walked in, Callum at the host stand was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. He made us feel comfortable right away and really set the tone for the whole evening.

Absolutely horrible service! We came in with our kids for dinner, they ordered their food and then we ordered ours. The server brought the kids food and we waited for ours. 30 mins later still no food. The server came to the table stated that the order didn't get sent to the kitchen and it will be out in 5 mins as the kitchen is working on it. So we waited.
