Tried this restaurant for the forst time today, will definitely be the last. There was barely ANY meat in both the quesadilla and the tacos which us unfortunate because we had to go pay extra for the meat!

Tried Cascabowl for the first time today and I’m honestly blown away! The food is incredibly fresh, flavourful, and beautifully put together. You can taste the quality in every bite. Hands down the BEST healthy food spot in Peterborough! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt warm and inviting. So glad I found this place it’s definitely my new go-to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for wholesome, delicious meals!

I always come here for the Thursday special (regular chicken burrito for $9.99). For me personally, the sauces make a burrito and their sauces get the job done. I always get chipotle mayo and cilantro lime plus all the other toppings. No complaints about this burrito at all.

I ordered bowl with veggies and sources only. Quantity was enough and it's delicious taste made me happy. Veggies were too fresh.
I was served by Devang Patel who is really kind and health conscious of the customers. I was asked about any allergies of food which made me feel proud about him.
Seating spots were neat and clean, felt me like a home. Definitely, I would visit Cascabowl again, would recommend others too.
