Very clean, helpful and friendly staff especially the newer cashiers. I asked the owner to carry my favorite brand of buttertart made LOCALLY and my next time in they had them for sale. They sell a brand of potato chips made right here in CANADA! Love that they are open everyday except xmas and they employ people and not use self checkouts like the bigger stores. Keep up the great work Charlotte pantry!
I love the food here so much! However.. I was unhappy with today's experience. My boyfriend and I came in and while browsing, somebody we knew asked us for 50 cents and instantly the girl with the glasses behind the deli counter piped up telling him not to be soliciting. I have never seen this in my life.. I have been short of a few cents myself and had to ask the person behind me before if they might have a few cents.. almost always the person was more than happy to help. I felt...read full review

great little deli on-site. always has whatever you need in a pinch. only thing i wish is that they were open a little later, esp on the weekends. try the 'ham n cheeser' for a brekki sometime, if you haven't, they're great!
