Y'all need to learn how to bbqI was fixin to open a can of southern....We were served left overs... please read on!So we told the waitress, brunette running the bar on 04.22.24, that perhaps they should mention to the cook that we needed a steak knife to cut the beef brisket. Flavour was fine, but you should never need a knife to cut brisket, let alone a steak knife. We also mentioned that although we could see the flavour of the Mac n cheese might be good, that it was dry.Now ... furthermore, we showed her the baked beans that looked like they forgot it in the oven cooking for 3 times the time required, the beans were hard and there was no sauce. After telling her all of this, as I suggested they may want to leave the brisket cooking for several more hours.... wait for it....And what you need to understand is, I lived in the south and traveled there for several years. I enjoyed Memphis style bbq, Carolina style bbq, Alabama Georgia Texas... you get the idea. I have been in the pits with the pit masters. Her response, yeah that's the last of Sundays brisket. And the sides were from Sunday as well. Today's brisket is still cooking in the smoker.Do what?! So you served me sub par day olds "left overs" and charged me full price after I indicated a problem. Now she did say she was going to bring some of the new brisket to taste, but it still had time to go before it would be done. However, I am not certain whether all she was trying to do was prove that they knew how to cook brisket. What we would have done with yesterday's brisket in the south was turn it into a side commonly called Brunswick stew.Clearly she did not know how to rectify a poor situation and satisfy a family of unhappy customers that was trying to help the establishment with some critique.Based on the quality of their left overs, it should not have been served, as it appeared as though it was a dry cheap roast beef, the kind you never go back for.I left a 10 percent tip where I am normally leave 25 percent, however I was a little angry to say the least.Honestly .... well I would not recommend this BBQ.I hear there is one in Keene that I need to try. Certainly Camp31 in Paris ON, they know bbq.We also were left parched and no additional drinks offered... wowSo disappointed.

We ordered two rib and wing platters. $32+ per platter and they forgot our beans. Just look at the platter sizes, and yes, that’s two orders of coleslaw condensed into one. Check out the crisp on those ribs!!!

Ordered large order for workplace. Very helpful and had everything ready to go and well marked. Had the smoked brisket quesadilla - delicious and so filling! Heads up during winter months, enter from street facing entrance. Lots of parking options around (free lot parking, paid street parking or very close to paid municipal parking garage. This business supports many local organizations - great spot to eat a hearty meal!

We ordered half chicken with fries and wings with a ceasar salad. Chicken was very dry and had no flavour, was also barely warm. Ordered the honey garlic wings and the sauce had no flavour at all. It was also apparently a $4 up charge (making a pound of wings with a small ceasar salad $25 total). Waitress never mentioned the upcharge when we ordered. Overall, $65 for 2 meals was way too expensive for the quality of food and service we received. Waitress seemed like she could care less after we complained. No wonder the place was empty on a Saturday night.
