This was my first time here and I loved it. I think it’s the best Chinese food in Peterborough. The service was also very good. The food was tasty and fresh.

Great Chinese food. Always hot and fresh. One of the best in Peterborough for sure. We live in Port Hope and have to travel for this but it's worth it
People were pleasant. Dinner for three was a ripoff, chow mein is that bs bean sprout dish that everyone hates and sits in your fridge till you come home at 1 am after a few quick ones and finally eat.

First time visiting and it was very good. Service was friendly and engaging. Food was delicious with great portions. Only criticism would be food could have been a tad hotter. But excellent overall. Good value for the cost.

Me and my husband had their combo dinners yesterday March 10th. I had combo A the chicken balls and my husband had combo 3 lemon chicken, sorry he was hungry couldn’t get a picture. I also ordered beef broccoli. Every was good and hot as always. Never disappointed and always like to support family own business.

Until recently, this was the best place for chicken balls with big pieces of chicken with tasty thin batter. It is now the worst with small pieces of chicken with a very thick and tasteless batter. Please go back to your old recipe. Everything else was as delicious as always. We couldn't eat the batter.

Just drove by yesterday on our way home to Sauga & Happy Palace did not disappoint in providing us a satisfying on-the-fly family dinner experience. Special shoutout to Olivia for her friendly & accommodating customer service. Food is great and the place is so clean.Being in a small plaza with ample parking is also a plus. Truly a beautiful little gem in PTBO. Btw please add some kind of soft , up-tempo lounge jazz-like music to elevate the ambiance a bit.

The prices are fair, the food here is well made and generously portioned. As a student living at Severn Court, I don't always have time to cook meals for myself and I'm so glad to have this restaurant close by.

We ordered takeout this past Tuesday, other than the egg rolls and chicken balls, which were very good, everything else, the fried rice, the chicken chow mein, the General Tao chicken w/fries, and the honey garlic ribs were so bland. The ribs, even though sitting in honey garlic sauce were so dry and hard we ended up throwing them out. I know fries are not usually something you get at a Chinese food restaurant but since they were from frozen you could have at least made sure they were cooked. We used to order frequently from here but it's like they have a new cook or something.

Staff is absolutely lovely! Had a small mixup with my order but they were quick to correct it. Food is always good and portions are generous, I’m never able to finish it all! Definitely a family favourite for take out.
