I placed an order of chicken Parmesan with garlic bread to pick up on Friday night, and while it was ready very quickly and smelled delicious, unfortunately the food I was given was far from anything I was expecting. When I called to check if I was given the right order, I was told ‘that’s how we make it’ and that’s it. It was just a couple slabs of naked chicken swimming in a bunch of cheese and sauce with noodles, mushrooms and peppers. That’s not chicken parm and no where on the menu is it indicated that was what I would be getting.Bonus, the garlic bread I ordered was literally a hotdog bun. I went to bed hungry and won’t be ordering again. Wasted almost $40 with tip.

Ordered a Caesar salad for pick up, but showed up an hour or so late to get it. A woman comes from the kitchen and tells me the salad has been sitting for a long time and offers to make me a fresh one, I told her it was my fault and not to worry. She insisted that she would not want me going home and eating a salad like that from her restaurant. As much as I insisted it was my fault and not worry, she went to the kitchen and came back with a fresh salad for me. To say the least, it's the best Caesar Salad in Peterborough. Service and customer care like that is hard to find.I highly recommend!!!!

After years of enjoying their food i have finally become very disappointed. They changed the sizes of their take out orders and swear they have not. The owner screams and disrepects customers. Even when pointed out that the screaming and holloring changes nothing. I sadly say this was my last order from jims. The quality and service has definately gone downhill in the last year.

Pizza, chicken fingers and garlic bread were great. but the sauce with the spaghetti and the meatballs were not good at all. Otherwise though really enjoyed their food.
First time I've had Lasagna served in a bowl with a spoon. Sorry but wasn't great. This was my first visit and probably the last.

We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome at Jim's. Our table for 7 was ready and waiting for us at our reservation time. The food was hot and delicious! Everything was clean and organized. Thank you to each staff member for an excellent dining experience!

Pizza , bread and salad. Where amazing. The spaghetti was on the bland side for me. We found the cost a tad bit higher than the average pizza in town but worth every penny.
