Ordered a Caesar salad for pick up, but showed up an hour or so late to get it. A woman comes from the kitchen and tells me the salad has been sitting for a long time and offers to make me a fresh one, I told her it was my fault and not to worry. She insisted that she would not want me going home and eating a salad like that from her restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome at Jim's. Our table for 7 was ready and waiting for us at our reservation time. The food was hot and delicious! Everything was clean and organized. Thank you to each staff member for an excellent dining experience!
