All the chicken in our 14 piece bucket was so dry and over cooked that the outside coating was dark and too hard to bite. I threw out half of it since they were not edible. We tried phoning the store multiple times but no one answered. I don't think we should have paid $33.89 for this . As well, the majority of pieces were very small - almost bite sized. I feel a refund is in order! This was the first take out food we have gotten for 6 months due to Covid 19. What a great disappointment!
