They proclaim "authentic ", I have lived in Mexico full time for 15 years and 7 years 1/2 time
No one puts Mozzarella cheese in a taco, taco El Pastor is shaved pork, not chunks
If you want to be seen as "authentic " spend the money to purchase the proper products, research the product you are selling
I was told that this place is owned by Mexican Nationals, I have had better in TexMex places in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona etc.

Dinner was delicious, however our server was not friendly, nor did she check on us after our meal was served. Made you feel like you should not of walked through the doors. Really disappointed!
