I have had no issues with this establishment until the other day. I went in to get my anxiety pills, and asked Nancy many times to make sure they were the right pills. She said yes. I went home ready to take my pills to find out they are not the right ones. I had to drive all the way back across town to let them know. Nancy came up when I was explaining the situation with this younger girl. I said you gave me the wrong medication. I am currently 2 days without my anxiety so I was really anxious. When Nancy was talking to me she asked a question ( I thought it was for me) then she rudely said to me “I wasn’t asking you”. I was floored. Then she started to demand when I was coming back to get my pills. I asked for the managers number and she slammed the card on the desk and cockily said my name is Nancy like she knew she wouldn’t get in trouble for it. My question is she qualified to work behind there and why this employer hires someone who talks to people like that/ makes the customer think they are in the wrong. I am floored with the treatment I got.

The pharmacy in this place is great. They really care and they always get your stuff right. I cannot say the same for the customer service in the front on three separate occasions. I’ve shown up there at 8:50 with my phone that shows the time of satellite knocking on the door after I spoke to the pharmacist saying that I’d be there to pick up prescription for my child . A young man came to the door and said we’re closed. I showed him my phone. It was 850. I told him it was important that I needed to get the medication and that you guys should still be open. He was rude to me and gave me a hard time. Same thing happened same time And yes, sometimes these prescriptions are sent at an after hours clinic in the p.m. was there on time and they locked the door. The third time it happened it was 848 when I walked in the store and this lady was trying to tell me that they were closed. I showed her my phone. I said your still open. I just walked to the back spoke with the pharmacist. He was great. Two minutes later I go to scan out my thing and this girl is giving me a hard time being extremely rude. I showed her my phone at this point. It was 854. She was arguing with me over the time, unbelievable

Some of the staff is rude l was in there on August 20 an l know the lady has terminal cancer they will giving her a hard time . They could tell she was ill they were rude as hell to her. Disgusting

I have been a customer of this pharmacy on Chemong Road for a number of years. The head Pharmacist, Masoud Farhoomand is knowledgeable, kind, listens and has helped us out in some pinches. The staff is a nice combination of seasoned veterans and a young staff that clearly has been trained well. If you are looking to add a pharmacy to your list I can suggest giving them a try. I am glad I did.

Pharmacy workers were very helpful with my COVID-19 booster and flu shot. They were busy, but took the time to be friendly. Really cool little free health machine that tells you your height, weight, blood oxygen and a few other measures along with blood pressure.

Bad communication of holiday hours of the post office inside. Please at least post a notice at the entrance of upcoming holiday closures.

Very helpful and professional, I was sick and the pharmacy got me an appointment with a Doctor virtually 3 hours after calling, the doctor over the phone gave me an antibiotic and Rexall had it filled and ready to pick up within 30 mins, the pharmacy called me to let know as well. Fantastic care, and exceptional knowledge.

Not sure why it take 1 hour to “prepare” an inhaler for a child, they come in standard doses. Print a sticker and done. 1 hour?
