19.99.hungry man's today was really good.and the 2 servers a gentleman and a lady.... were very friendly and attentive without being annoying. I will be back more often because of this. Thank you.

unfortunately went for family day and my son was served an extremely raw chicken burger. The chicken was still translucent and stringy it was so raw

Edit 1.5 years after new owners, February 2026: The new management struggled to maintain the quality of the previous owners and things went downhill for a while. I'm happy to report that things have taken a massive turn for the better! I went 3 or 4 times after the ownership change and left disappointed but judging from the recent reviews and my breakfast on Saturday they have improved in every area. And the coffee is good again. There's definitely been a deserved decrease in business with the dining room less than full but I'm encouraging you to give them another chance. I know I will be going back. We went somewhat grudgingly expecting another less than satisfactory experience but I wanted to give them one more chance. I left completely satisfied with both my meal and the thought that maybe we haven't lost one of the best restaurants in Peterborough.

Me and my family went here tonight for dinner. We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food. I got a pound of wings but it DID NOT look like a pound. My boyfriend got a burger and it was absolutely horrible. No flavour, the burger was gray. We won't be going here again.

Yesterday i went to Smitty’s to treat my boyfriend to a nice breakfast for his birthday, we got take out.

not sure if size portion went down but i got one egg and he got two and this is what we got!! the bacon also looks like it had a bite taken out of and had weird green thing attached to it. (my one egg on the left, his two eggs on the right)

Went back into the restaurant and had no help what so ever, there were two ladies who couldn’t understand what i was asking and were nothing but rude.

i also had asked them to print a receipt for me and they said they could but said i would have it on my phone because i ordered online, but then i told them i would still like a printed copy..they turned me down and said they couldn’t do it all of a sudden!

not sure what happened with this restaurant because it used to be one of the best, things have changed.

Restaurants need more servers like the gentleman that served us on our last visit. Top Notch Employee our server was and his attitude brightens the friendly atmosphere

Bacon tasted like cardboard. Brought single size jams and peanut butter on a tray and asked if we wanted one and then took it away. Food was piled on top of each other. Perhaps a larger plate??? $44.00 for breakfast for two. Won't be going back.
