Stopped by the riverside a couple weeks back on a work trip through Peterborough and grabbed a table on the gazebo side around sunset, easily the best seat in the place. The pan seared trout was cooked perfectly and the portion was generous without being over the top. Staff clearly knew the regulars but still made time to walk us through the specials without rushing anything. Parking behind the building was tight but easy enough, and honestly worth it for that view over the water.
