Always a super long line - expect a wait. Staff do their best and are super friendly, but are overworked and underpaid. Doesn't take Starbucks gift cards. Food and drinks are what you'd expect from any Starbucks - decent.
Food: drinks are always the bomb! You can't go wrong the staff always makes them great Service: legit smiley happy clerks love it Ambiance: sometimes busy but it's the mall so it's normal

always busy yet pretty fast service considering how busy they are. staff is super friendly and accommodating. one of the baristas even aerated a cup of hot water that I ordered, which I was very impressed and amused by.
