I went on a Swiss chalet kick. Literally ordered it 30 times (delivery) since Christmas. One of my favorites. I will say, the food always came hot. However they always forgot something, and always with my meal. I would order extra chalet sauce every time, ( I can iterally drink that stuff) I will say it was less than 50% that I actually got it. When I would order a Cesar salad, no dressing. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Tonight they forgot my fries!! How??? I ordered a $30 chicken and roast beef meal, and I didn't get my side, don't worry, they remembered my extra sauce this time. I just had no fries to dip in it... ugh...I am going to take a break from ordering from them. Tired of being disappointed.

I received a 9 0unce roast beef dinner which was the absolute worst I've ever had from swiss chalet...the gravy was salty and my roast beef was just scraping and covered in an unsermountable amount of gravy to cover the scraps they put as my meal at takenout!...there is no way they would serve this if we had dined in the restaurant!...SHAME ON YOU !!...I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE OR SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT!...THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The Swiss Chalet on Chemong in Peterborough is consistently solid. The chicken is juicy, the fries are always hot, and the service is friendly.
My wife and I just had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We were served by a gentleman named Aaron and his manners and knowledge of the dishes were exceptional, the food was better than we could have hoped for and we cannot wait to dine here again, excellent service
