Horrible experience at Tim Hortons on 1527 Water street in Peterborough. Asked politely to leave my car over night while I visit at the university. I gave them all of my vehicle information, and the manger I spoke with said it was okay. The next day, I go to get my car and head home where I live 3+ hours away and notice my car is no longer there. They have towed my car, when THEY gave me consent to leave it, and left me with the charge of almost $300 out of my pocket. I then go...read full review
I would give it negative stars if I could. What kind of scum attacks their minimum wage workers when the company is pulling down billions, and the individual franchise owners are making money hand over fist. Unless Tim's head office forces its franchisee's to reverse their petty, punitive changes, I will no longer be patronizing Tim Hortons.

The large parking lot makes it easy to find a spot, and the staff are flexible and accommodating, such as offering to change orders if items are out of stock. Overall, it remains a popular spot for quick and friendly service.
