I simply want to say that the staff that work at this Tim Horton location are absolutely amazing. They deal with so many eclectic human beings and they all do their very best each and every day. I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda

worst possible owners. even their corporate reps were terrible, but the way they treat their customers and staff was just awful. No safety training, no standards, no respect.

Would be better if they didn't allow people to crowd outside in the parking lot.

The Coffee is terrible especially the French vanilla taste was too light like it was missed with more water and compared to other Tim Hortons locations I have had same coffee from. This is the third time I have had this experience over the past 7months, it is three minutes away from me and when I don’t want to drive and try to give this location a benefit of doubt they never failed to disappoint me.

Let me finish ordering before you cut me off, or ask if that’s everything! This is also the 3rd time this week you guys have forgot to give me my donut. Then to top it off you practically throw the order out the window at people, I know it’s busy, but chill out a bit.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. There was miscommunication when placing my order, and after my items were set on the counter, another customer mistakenly picked up part of my order. When I asked the staff to complete my order, they responded rudely, insisting it was my fault for not grabbing it right away. Furthermore, I wasn’t given a receipt, which made it difficult to clarify the situation. Very frustrating experience and not what I expected from Tim Hortons."

My question is, "Why isn't there a single smile on a front desk staff member's face?" It seems like someone is pressuring them to work. Staff should be friendly and charming. Their good behavior can make a customer's day. But the staff at this Tim Hortons looks like they are not fond of their jobs. I just want to say that there are many unemployed students with great experience. They deserve these jobs more than the current workers. Otherwise, love your profession; it's feeding you.

These guys don’t know how to handle customer. The service is so bad, these people are ruining the Tim Hortons franchise. I ordered crispy chicken wrap, the packaging was so bad and french vanilla how can someone don’t know how to make french vanilla who is working at Tim hortons. I usually go to water street’s Tim hortons, their service is so top notch.
Friendly advice: either give them training again or change the staff
Thankyou!

***There's no option for me to reply to this restaurant owner's response. I wrote this review this past Thursday evening. This is Saturday. I didn't have a Tim Horton's profile, until I created this, using your link. I think you tried to send me points to redeem assuming that I have a Timmy's card. I don't have a Timmy's card, and I don't feel like it would lighten the load of the experiences, for me, anyway.***

A few weeks ago, an obviously very pregnant woman was denied a bagel with butter and a coke, because she was 5 cents short. I told the cashier to give her money back, and I paid for her.
Last evening I was using the washroom. I'm a disabled 55 year old woman, and rely heavily on my wheelchair. A male staff or manager, shouted in that I was taking too long, and when I told him I'm disabled and going as fast as I could, he told me that it wasn't open for debate.
I don't like this Tim Horton's restaurant at all, anymore.
