I simply want to say that the staff that work at this Tim Horton location are absolutely amazing. They deal with so many eclectic human beings and they all do their very best each and every day. I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped...
Parking: Over half of the spots were unused when I was there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible sloped curbs, doors ,bathroom stalls(doorway to the bathroom might be slightly tight)

I stop at most of the Tim Hortons in town. Some are better then others. This Tim Hortons is downtown. And it's a rough place to be. Bravo to the workers that have patience with the homeless. I would honestly be to scared to work there. But the service here has alway been good. I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.
