Rude employees and undertrained/ understaffed long lines, prices are high, food is decent (not worth the price though) instead of buying a donut and a coffee I could buy a footlong at

It can definitely be slow here- most likely because they are often understaffed, but the food is good, it's convenient, and most of the workers are nice. Also, shoutout to the man who made my bagel BELT around 2pm on March 12th, it was the most well put-together bagel BELT ever and he was very friendly! So thank you! I hope the message gets passed onto him!

Food is okay, but the menu is tiny and I've seen them run out of food multiple times. They run out of menu items pretty frequently. The place feels understaffed considering how busy it gets, and the staff can be outright rude at times (probably because of how understaffed it is). It's a fine place to get a coffee but I wouldn't recommend eating here.

They incorrectly upcharged me for an item and then they didnt even have the item i payed for, and gave me something worse instead of a replacement i asked for. Also they couldn't even give me a water . Workers there are not very friendly.

I had a disappointing experience with this place. I encountered behavior that I perceived as racially insensitive, and the service was below my expectations. I believe there's room for improvement in ensuring a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers.

In all my life, a life full of worldly experiences and culinary exploration, I have never once had an experience as divine as the one I had eating here. The way my plain bagel dripped with butter, the light toasting around its edges, the temperature of the jam packet, how it spread smoothly with the provided plastic knife, all contributed to an event I will never forget, the first bite. It may have just been the acid but I swear I looked into the eyes of god that day, and in his eyes I saw reflected my breakfast from this tims.

They are rude..I get breakfast here everyday and coffee in the afternoon and the people working here are rude not sure why but i see customers getting yelled at all the time.. And also the service is very slow.

Ordered 2 french vanillas and both were underfilled, the pastry showcase was lacking in its item availability.

You have to butter your bagel yourself and it's more expensive than a usual Tim's
