Emily put long wait and cold food because they don’t know how to organize themselves. I had my order literally sitting there for five minutes because the young woman working there ignored it. I even said it’s all there but she ignored me. My food was cold and gross. When she did give me my order it wasn’t all of it and I had to say they missed something. They need to be better trained and hire more staff. This will be the last time I go to this location.

10/10 all the staff here are fantastic, very efficient and have never made a mistake on my order. They all deserve a raise
Tim Hortons has friendly and hardworking staff who efficiently clear long lines. While sometimes slow due to being understaffed, the food is good and workers are nice. Customers appreciate their well put-together bagel BELT. Special mention goes to a barista named Hannah for her excellent Starbucks-style cold brews.
